terms & refund policy

This is a summary. Every client signs a full written agreement before work begins.

Price and payment

The website costs $997 total, paid in two halves by debit or credit card through a secure payment link: $498.50 when you sign the agreement, and $498.50 when you approve the finished site, before it goes live. We start work once the deposit is paid.

What's included

• Up to 5 pages, custom designed for your business
• Works on phones, tablets and computers
• Click-to-call button and a contact or booking form
• Basic Google setup and one round of revisions
• Launch on your own domain

Timeline

We send a preview link within 7 business days after we receive the deposit and the materials we need from you.

Canceling and refunds

• Within 2 days of signing, before we start work: full refund of the deposit.
• After work has started: the deposit is non-refundable and covers the work done. No final payment is owed.
• After you approve the finished site: the final payment is still due.
• If we cancel before delivering the preview: we refund your full deposit.

Ownership

Once you've paid in full, you own the finished website. You keep ownership of everything you give us, such as your logo, photos and text.

Care plan

Optional, $49 per month: hosting, keeping the site running and updated, and up to 30 minutes of small edits each month. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
